Position Overview

Design Hub Interior Design & Decoration Works LLC is seeking a

Senior Interior Designer

with 4-5 years of professional experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a strong portfolio in

classical residential design

, as well as proven experience in material selection, BOQ/BOM preparation, and technical detailing.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative professional capable of managing complete design cycles--from concept development to final project execution--while delivering high-quality design presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop functional, aesthetic, and client-centric interior design concepts Select materials and finishes to meet project requirements and design intent Create mood boards, color palettes, and 3D visual presentations Prepare and manage accurate BOQs and BOMs Lead the design team and oversee all phases of the project Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and timely delivery Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are met Respond to urgent client requirements and inquiries, even outside of standard hours when necessary

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field Minimum of 5 years of interior design experience within the UAE Strong knowledge of classical interior styles (especially for residential projects) Proficiency in design software such as

AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator

, etc. Excellent knowledge of material selection, pricing, and sourcing Effective leadership, project management, and team coordination skills Strong communication and client presentation abilities Must be willing to work

six days a week

and travel to project sites as needed
