Clean and maintain all facility areas, including the back room, pantry, and restrooms, involving tasks such as mopping, sweeping, disinfecting, and cleaning glass surfaces like windows.
Handle various tasks as needed to support customer requirements.
Maintain fish aquariums by conducting water tests, administering treatments, filling water bottles, removing deceased fish, feeding, and acclimating new fish.
Assist in aquarium relocations, new installations, disassemblies, equipment repairs, and replacements.
Complete necessary logs, reports, and track pending work items.
Respond to group inquiries and report relevant updates.
Identify and resolve potential issues related to aquarium care and equipment.
Determine required tools and materials for maintenance or repair tasks.
Address basic electrical, technical, and plumbing issues efficiently.
Ensure consistent upkeep and servicing of client aquariums.
Develop keen observation skills to monitor aquarium conditions.
Work overtime when required.
Maintain strong client relationships by offering guidance, support, and clear communication regarding aquarium needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
