To manage transportation policy and movement planning and execution. Coordinate and provide oversight of air, ground and sea movements of forces and sustainment. Monitor efficiency and effectiveness of theater distribution systems. Manage movement's requirements validation and lift execution arrangements in Joint Operations Plans and Execution System (JOPES), Time-Phase Force Deployment Data (TPFDD), Trans-Arabian Network (TAN), and Container Management System (CTM), develops the mobility aspects of ARCENT plans and orders.

Coordinate, execute, and track all JOPES, TANS, and CTM functions supporting the development, analysis, and movement of Army forces to, from, and within the USCENTCOM AOR.

Develop the organizations in identification and resolution of JOPES, TANS, and CTM issues related to operations in the CENTCOM AOR. Provide weekly issues reports and updated. Create, track, update, and maintain execution JOPES, TANS, CTM and TPFDDs for named operations within the CENTCOM AOR and for other contingency requirements with 90% accuracy for daily reports to the Mobility Chief Execute all changes to execution in JOPES, TANS, CTM and TPFDD data during planning, sourcing, refinement, and validation, including Force Module Development.

Review and make refinements to JOPES movement data on any of the execution or planning TPFDDs.

Build new planning TPFDDs as required. Attend annual TPFDD Conferences at Transportation Command (TRANSCOM), Scott Air Force Base (AFB).

Review, track and process Unit TAC FVUA request for G8 approval. Build Unit Line Numbers for all deployment, redeployment, and rotation Requirements, and project and construct level IV data for force flow modeling.

Monitor and provide in-transit visibility (ITV) of deploying/redeploying forces, equipment, and sustainment and provide status reports on a daily and weekly basis.

Develop and manage research on the deployment status of units from home station to final destination and redeployment status of units from USSCENTCOM to home station.

Development and management of existing requirements and addition of new requirements. Develop and manage the daily USARCENT JOPES Newsgroup validation message and its transmission to USCENTCOM. Information is gathered from USARCENT staff officers, and CFLCC Forward concerning validation of units that are ready for deployment, units with issues in meeting their movement schedules, and/or units requiring adjustment of their Level IV TPFDD data.

Monitor the USCENTCOM Newsgroup for official deployment guidance, information, and requirements from TRANSCOM, USCENTCOM, Joint Forces Command (JFCOM), and force providers. Download information from the newsgroup as slides or background data to support USARCENT Operational Planning (OPT) staff officers in planning the deployment/distribution/redeployment flow to/from the AOR.

Provide weekly analysis, assessments, and courses of action recommendations on military operations in the USARCENT AOR that directly impact ongoing synchronized deployment, redeployment, Joint Reception Staging Onward Movement (JRSO), and sustainment of USARCENT/CFLCC forces.

Basic Job Requirements Five years of experience in operational and contingency planning. Minimum of three years of experience utilizing JOPES and working strategic force flow operations. Proficient in the use of the following ITV systems:
