Job Summary:

The Appointment Specialist/Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointments and providing excellent customer service to clients of a premium automotive company. Fluency in Arabic is required for this role.



Job Responsibility:

Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department Provide information about the company's products and services Maintain a clean and organized reception area


Candidate Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic is a must Proven experience in a customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional and presentable appearance Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
