The Developing Child Centre, is a leading child development centre with two branches in the UAE--one in Umm Suqeim, Dubai (Main Branch), and the other in Al Mushrif, Abu Dhabi. Our mission is to support children in reaching their full potential by fostering inclusivity, embracing diversity, and changing perceptions. We work closely with children, parents, and schools to provide the necessary interventions that promote social, academic, emotional, physical, and behavioral growth.

Our multidisciplinary team consists of over 40 specialists, including professionals in psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, psychomotor therapy, and applied behavior analysis. TDCC offers a comprehensive range of services, such as psycho-educational assessments, skills development programs, learning support enrichment, and an advocacy and school Inclusion program. Additionally, our Inclusive Education Services ensure that children receive the tailored support they need to thrive.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) role located in the Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates at TDCC. The ABA will be responsible for conducting behavior analysis, implementing applied behavior analysis techniques, providing parent education, utilizing psychology principles, and managing behavior to support children's development and growth.

What We're Looking For:

Certification:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), International Behavior Technician (IBT), or Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)

Licensing & Eligibility:

Must currently hold or be eligible for a Department of Health (DOH) license

DOH and Department of Community Development (DCD) licenses are highly desirable

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or Psychology

With MOFA-UAE attested university degree and Equivalency Report from the Ministry of Education is a plus

Experience:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in a clinical/center-based setting

Experience as part of a therapy team is highly desirable.
