ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking experienced

Applications Support Engineers

to join our dynamic IT team in Doha, Qatar. As an Applications Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our software applications to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing exceptional support to our users.


Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications. Monitor application performance and implement improvements. Collaborate with development teams to resolve software defects. Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference. Assist in the deployment and configuration of new applications. Conduct regular system audits and generate reports. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Support implementation, service delivery, and systems operations for SAP and Microsoft applications.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree

in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2-4 Years of experience

in application support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of software development and debugging.

knowledge of SAP

and Microsoft systems operations. Familiarity with database management and SQL. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Certification

ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals (e.g., MS-900)
