Job Description
Applications Specialist - Chromatography - Oil and Gas-Life Science-Environmental: Graduates/Post-graduates with experience of working in relevant industries and excellent career record in GC/LC/MS applications & method development . Market knowledge will be an added advantage. You will also train customers and provide installation & commissioning of the equipment , offer customized application support taking into account the application, sample preparations and software support. : Understand the customer's application requirement and develop the right applications with the GC/GC-MS, LC/LC-MS. Provide Installation, commissioning, and operational training. Provide online and onsite support including method development. Develop Standard operating procedures and relevant documentation in compliance with ISO or industry standards . Work closely with the sales team, pre-sales and after-sales. Propose products based on the client requirement. Product trouble-shooting , maintenance and service support. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
