It's time to step out of your kitchen and into ours! Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Specialist, that will support & manage POS system (IIKO) & ERP system (SAP B1). A successful candidate would have experience is rolling our POS and financial system for F&B companies, we are looking for candidates who are problem solvers, extremely detail-oriented, passionate, and hungry to learn and grow with us. Responsibilities

• Always ensure smooth operations by providing comprehensive support for all applications, specifically critical application.
• Perform 1st and 2nd Level support to troubleshoot IT applications.
• Support with all new store openings - either remotely or in kitchen visits.
• Manage the creation of user accounts for POS systems.
• Design and documents all integrations for third party and internal software.
• Create Support manuals and train users on how to effectively use systems.
• Effectively communicate stakeholders needs to external and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years proven experience in supporting IT Applications.
• Relevant Experience in F&B industry is a MUST.
• Preferred experience with F&B software systems.
• Understanding of kitchen operations, including POS and KDS.
• Ability to work successfully with multiple clients and multiple team members with confidence.
• Experience using support ticking tool such as Manage Engine SDP.
