Job Description

o Expert knowlClient on the Cloud HCM Modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation, Time and Labor, ORC) o Expert knowlClient on Cloud HCM Conversions, integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP), Reporting (OTBI & BIP), Fast Formula & Personalization. o The candidate is expected to have 5+ years of knowlClient in Oracle HCM Implementation and support. o Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Fusion implementation with strong experience in Fusion technologies ( HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports & Design Studio). o Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowlClient sharing and client management. o Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex Technical issues/problems. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables. o Seek deep understanding of our customers and our technology through data and a continuous learning mindset. o Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to determine business requirements and review documentation o Present solutions to management in a clear, concise manner via whiteboard and PowerPoint. o Partner with project managers and other business analysts to review and understand business requirements, recommend solutions, and provide level of effort estimates to complete configurations or personalization's to the application. o Translate business requirements into functional specifications. o Ensure program code is written according to documented software development processes and standards (SDLC) o Perform impact analysis and collaborate with other team members within IT and the business. o Prepare and obtain approval for system and programming documentation. o Troubleshoot and resolve technical production issues with Oracle Cloud platform.
