Assist with handling incident tickets on a priority basis Application UI Configuration, Workflow Configuration Development of required specific reporting Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, 3rd party integrations etc) Driving process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key sponsors and stakeholders

Experience Required:

Experience in performing performance fine-tuning following the best practices with good troubleshooting skills. Experience in API integrations to integrate with third party applications. Good Communication skills to interact with stakeholders. Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, AJAX, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, basics of Databases.
