Education Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience A dynamic individual capable of adapting to a challenging environment with minimum of 4-5 years working experience in a support role in a major organization. Technical Skills

• In-depth technical experience of AML in a banking environment.
• Exposure to Decision Management System will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Retail Asset products support like loan orientation is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAS technologies preferred.
• Knowledge on Workflow systems will be an added advantage
• Expertise in PL/Sql, Java.
• Hands on experience in supporting, fine-tuning, troubleshooting, patching, managing & design HA environments
• L1 & L2 support of the mentioned applications.
• Support roles experience in a financial institute preferred.
• Knowledge of JAVA & Unix/windows scripting including automation and monitoring
• ITIL/Agile certification preferred.
