We're Hiring - Application Support Specialist (Dubai, UAE)
We are looking for a hands-on Application Support Specialist to join our Dubai team and become the primary technical resource for our business applications and POS environment. In this role you will troubleshoot application incidents, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure that point-of-sale and inventory systems run reliably to support daily operations.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of practical experience providing application support; experience in F&B or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Proven, hands-on experience with POS platforms such as Tactics, Foodics, and Grubtech, plus familiarity with inventory/ERP systems (Oracle SCM, SAP MM, Fedelio, Supy).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear verbal and written communication.
- Valid UAE driving license - mandatory for this role.
