Job Summary:

We are seeking an

Application Support & Quality Assurance Engineer

responsible for end user support, requirement gathering, testing, training, technical documentation and routine maintenance. The role requires collaboration with business users, IT teams and system integrators to deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications, Experience & Skill Sets :

? Qualification: Candidate must have B.E., B. Tech, B.Sc.- Computer Science,

? Experience: More than 4 - 6 years in software implementation, testing, requirement gathering, documentation, training and support - Preferred in an educational institution.

? Knowledge of SDLC methodologies.

? Hands-on experience in delivering enterprise software projects.

? Technical proficiency in Databases (Oracle, SQL)

? Hands-on experience with Application integration & reporting tools.

? Experience with agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and version control tools (Git, Jira, etc.) will be an advantage.

? Willingness to adapt to evolving technology and stay current with industry best practices.

? Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
