Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Identifying and resolving technical issues
Providing technical support to clients
Installing and conducting user training sessions on all product
Willingness to travel across the globe including working on shift basis
Developing reports for teams across the business
Contact clients monthly to check system performance, product upgrades and AMC updates (if any)
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology / Master's in Computer Application
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Basic Application Support
Good knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, networking and related support
Preferably with IT-related experience in hotels and leading PMS vendor
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet predefined deadlines
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Professional Certifications in IT Support background will be an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
