Work Experience Requirements Minimum 7 years of overall application support experience Minimum 4 years relevant experience in DCTM 6.7 and aboveLicensure / Certification RequirementsN/AEducation Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other relevant field of study, or Diploma from higher educational instituteSkills and Competencies Solid understanding of multiple tier application architecture Experience with large scale enterprise-level systems related application supportGood knowledge of Documentum Suite 6.7 and aboveGood knowledge in Documentum Administrator and DQL, Jobs Management, User Management, Space Management, Server Management Good knowledge of the recent web service technology (Java Web-Services, BPEL Interfaces, etc.,) Solid understanding of web application technologies Knowledge of Middleware technologies (Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat, IIS) Good knowledge of Linux (Redhat, Oracle Linux) or Windows (2008+) Good Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) Good to have knowledge on health insurance concepts Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage Very good analytical, planning, forecasting, execution, and problem-solving skills Ability to acquire and apply new skills Flexible and able to work under pressure and under different routines (24x7). Respect and promote trust and confidentiality Results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work and able to "think out of the box" Strong level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and promote teamwork and knowledge sharing to achieve goals and deliverables Good knowledge in Atlassian suite of applications (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo)RequirementsKey Requirements and Qualifications Minimum 7 years of relevant experience Prior consulting/business analysis experience is preferred Project Management Certification preferred Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Engineering or other related fields Master's degree would be a plus Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of project management methodologies Ability to document and diagram use cases, systems & business processes, and migration procedures with minimal background information Strong facilitation and presentation skills Strong command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage Strong analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills Strong level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions Proactive and results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work Good knowledge of health insurance concepts is a plus Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications
