The Application Specialist offers the opportunity to use existing skills and holds potential for professional and personal development. The aim is to provide technical product and application support to our customers and our sales organization in GCC, Levant and African markets. Preferably candidates are already located in Dubai.
Where You'll Make a DifferenceYour primary responsibilities will be to provide technical support to our customers in close cooperation with our sales organization and your colleagues in the Dairy Application teams in EMEA. You will participate in customer development projects and internal development projects. You will have a competent internal organization to support your execution of the role including expansion of technical know-how and related competencies Focus will be on application of ingredients for fresh dairy products ranging from milks, creams, desserts, fermented products and fresh cheese & processed cheese.

What Makes You the Right FitYou are a professional with a theoretical and practical background within dairy science and technology. You are a Master graduate or similar and may have 5-10 years of experience within ingredient application in dairy products. You like to work independently but also understand how to function in a large organization and the importance of reaching common business objectives. You have experience with trial planning and follow-up. You have good communication skills and master English both orally and written and is willing to present in front of a larger audience. You can structure your work to secure good overview and planning. You are open to travel 40 to 60 days a year.
