Application Service Manager

to join Nord Anglia Education, in the

Regional IT

team based in our Dubai - Regional Office (UAE).



We are looking for someone to play a key role in supporting our regional schools and central team across the Middle East, ensuring excellence across our enterprise applications and digital systems.


The role:





We seek an individual to join as an

Application Service Manager

, where your focus will be:
Supporting the service management of enterprise applications and ensuring service SLAs are met. Driving data quality improvement, accuracy, and integration across regional systems. Assisting schools in the selection of non-educational solutions such as door access, CCTV, and point-of-sale systems, ensuring they meet cybersecurity and infrastructure standards. Coordinating integrations for newly acquired schools, managing timelines, dependencies, and budgets. Collaborating with global and regional teams to enhance standardisation and efficiency in service delivery.




The successful candidate will possess:




Proven experience as an

IT Project Manager

or in a similar applications/service management role. Strong understanding of

ITIL principles

, service delivery, and enterprise application systems. Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders across multiple locations. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A proactive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to drive improvement and change.
