Maintain and troubleshoot SalesWorx application in production environments. Gain and apply deep knowledge of client- specific environments including application configuration, production architecture, infrastructure, integrated third- party systems and services, and defined application rules. Perform duties in line with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, focusing on improving reliability, scalability and performance of the application. Manage and automate CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure planning. If the application is hosted in the cloud, and the role involves managing cloud infrastructure, the engineer would be responsible for cloud architecture and operations. Focus on ensuring uptime and resolving incidents in live environments. S

Proven experience in supporting enterprise applications in production environments. Strong knowledge of system and application troubleshooting. Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Infrastructure Automation, and DevOps best practices. Hands - on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar). Ability to work independently and prioritize under pressure. Strong communication and problem - solving skills. P

Knowledge of API operations and incident management tools. Strong understanding of SQL Server (queries and backup/ restore). Knowledge of web application deployment and troubleshooting.
