Java Application Developer
with hands-on experience inOrkes Conductor / Netflix Conductor
to build, support, and operate scalable workflow orchestration systems. This role combines backend development with application support, ensuring high availability and reliability of mission-critical systems.Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
Java (8+) & Spring Boot
Build, manage, and optimize workflows usingOrkes Conductor / Netflix Conductor
Integrate microservices withREST APIs
and external systems ProvideL2/L3 support
for Java microservices and Conductor workflows Monitor system health, logs, and performance; set up alerts and dashboards Troubleshoot workflow failures and perform root cause analysis Collaborate withDevOps/SRE, QA, and Product teams
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system uptime and reliability Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activitiesRequired Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on programming experience in
Java (Java 8 or higher)
Experience withOrkes Conductor or Netflix Conductor
Solid understanding ofSpring Boot & Microservices Architecture
Experience withREST APIs
and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ
) Familiarity withCI/CD tools
(Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions) Experience with monitoring and logging tools Basic knowledge ofDocker and Kubernetes
