Role Overview

As an Application Deployment Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering the ongoing/new project to ensure of a successful delivery of our products and solutions for AvidBeam end-users in Egypt.
Your responsibilities will include:


1. Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs, conduct feasibility studies, perform system sizing and selection, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.


2. Act as a technical expert and work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients. Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.


3. Build strong relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing technical support. Address customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.


4. Conduct POCs and demos to ensure the system functionalities to the clients.


5. Gathering clients' requirements in order to achieve their needs.


6. Estimate H/W specs and storage calculation according to projects scopes


7. Deploy and configure the software and ensure to meet the clients' requirements and satisfactions.


8. Provide technical training to partners and clients.


9. Provide technical Support to the clients (remote - onsite).


10. Support the partners to design optimal solutions for new projects.


11. Integrate between PVMS and different video analytics engines.


12. Engage with R&D team to enhance the product with market needs.


13. Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition including solution design description, statement of work, product data sheets.

Qualifications: -

1. Proven work experience as an Application Engineer not less than 2 years in a software company or a related field.


2. B.Sc. degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering/computer science or related fields.


3. Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions


4. Flexibility to regular site visits in Egypt and abroad is a must.


5. Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives


6. Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner


7. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development.


8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


9. Excellent presentation skills.


10. Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
