Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES Provide all activities related to the administration of database schemas and their objects. Project long-range requirements for database schema administration and design in conjunction with Infrastructure DBAs in the information systems function. Design, create, and maintain databases schemas in a client/server environment. Conduct quality control and auditing of database schemas in a client/server environment to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data and permissions. Advise users on access to various client/server databases. Design, implement, and maintain complex database schema objects with respect to user requirements, access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods. Apply knowledge and experience with database technologies, development methodologies, and front-end programming languages (e.g., SQL). Perform database programming and supports systems design. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience: 10+ experience in supporting DOD IT Programs in the areas of program management (PM), and/or Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud Platform, and/or SAP Application and Security support, systems engineering (SE) related functional/technical quality, Access Control (AC), Application Security (AS) and configuration management (CM) assessments and audits of DOD IT program lifecycle requirements, documents, and data and their compliance with DOD acquisition policies and regulations. Five (5) years progressive experience of database query languages such as Oracle, PL SQL, SQL Server, and MS Access. Three years hands-on experience and expertise in Database Schema management. Capability to work on various operating systems and additional programming languages. Experience in at least two projects in a large organization responsible for administering, operating, maintaining, and securing a large-scale computer database. Certifications: DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II IAT II: CCNA Security CND CySA+ GICSP GSEC Security+ CE SSCP Computing Environment: OCP 12c (or higher), OCI Foundations 2020 (or higher), OCP WebLogic 1 g (or higher) Clearance: Must possess a Secret clearance with an IT-I qualifying investigation
