Miral

is looking for an

API Integration Manager

to lead the charge in connecting our marketplace and eCommerce platforms with global OTAs and distribution partners.

What YouaEUR(TM)ll Do

Lead API Strategy & Integration

Own the end-to-end API lifecycleaEUR"from sourcing and design to deployment and optimization. Collaborate with backend/frontend teams to ensure smooth, scalable integrations.

Partner & Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) and external API providers. Be the go-to expert during onboarding and integration phases.

Performance & Monitoring

Ensure high availability and performance of our packaging platform. Implement tools to monitor usage, speed, and reliability.

Security & Compliance

Enforce best-in-class security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS). Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Documentation & Enablement

Create clear API specs, integration guides, and training materials. Empower internal teams and partners with the knowledge to succeed.

Project Management & Delivery

Coordinate enhancements, manage incidents, and deliver results on time. Drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What You Bring

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in API development and system integrationaEUR"ideally in travel, hospitality, or destination management. Proven success in leading API projects for OTAs, eCommerce platforms, and distribution systems.
