INSPIRENTALS team is growing and we're looking for a well-versed A-players who want to grow with the best in the industry. We're looking to fill vacancies for multiple roles. Due to fast growth of the business we are looking for an experienced Apartment Furnishing Specialist.

Apartment Furnishing Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the new residential units that we start managing are fully furnished, equipped and feel like home. The perfect candidate is very well organized, with impeccable eye for esthetics and able to work efficiently with time pressure. He/she would fully manage the process from signing a contract with the Landlord to welcoming the first guest, including selecting and ordering furniture and equipment that fit our standards but also match the unique nature of each apartment or villa, supervising deliveries and photoshoots, as well as preparing the listings on booking channels such as Airbnb or Booking.com.

Job profile:

Be the end-to-end project manager for the onboarding of new units Be extremely well organized and able to plan multiple work elements at the same time Have an eye for detail, being able to spot even very minor defects in the units Know your way around shopping websites such as Amazon or Ikea to identify good items at a reasonable price. Have a knack for making spaces look nice and cozy, where our guests can feel like home. Directly oversee the equipment deliveries, ensuring completeness and no damages to the delivered equipment. 6 days working week with occasional early morning / late evening work / stand-by, as per business requirements Support other team members, as per business requirements Permanent address in Abu Dhabi 40% remote work from home

Driving license valid in the UAE under residency visa Prior interior design experience Prior short-term rental / holiday home experience Knowledge of typical short-term rental / holiday home channels (Airbnb, Booking.com) Own visa Own means of transportation as traveling to site may be required on short notice Working knowledge of Arabic language
