to join our reproductive health team. The Andrologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating male infertility and reproductive system disorders. This includes evaluation of male hormonal profiles, semen analysis and interpretation, surgical sperm retrieval techniques, and providing expert guidance on male reproductive health. The ideal candidate will be skilled in male fertility evaluation and intervention and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary fertility team.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage male infertility and sexual health conditions such as:
Low sperm count or motility
Erectile dysfunction
Hormonal imbalances
Varicocele and testicular dysfunction
Perform and interpret advanced semen analyses and other diagnostic tests.
Conduct physical examinations and order hormone evaluations and imaging studies (e.g., scrotal ultrasound).
Prescribe medical therapies for male reproductive and sexual disorders.
Perform procedures such as:
Testicular sperm extraction (TESE)
Percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration (PESA)
Microsurgical sperm retrieval techniques (e.g., Micro-TESE)
Vasectomy reversals (if trained)
Counsel patients on treatment options including ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) support.
Collaborate with embryologists, IVF specialists, urologists, and lab staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
Maintain thorough documentation and patient records.
Ensure compliance with medical protocols, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MBBS/MD/MS or equivalent).
Postgraduate specialization in Urology, Reproductive Medicine, Endocrinology, or Andrology.
Valid medical license to practice in [Insert Country or Region].
Training and certification in male infertility and andrology preferred.
5 Years above of clinical experience in male reproductive health and andrology
