Analyzer Engineer
Job Purpose:
This position is a unique opportunity to Lead and recommend new continuous improvement solutions for installations or modifications to improve existing facilities.
Your main duties will be to: -
Estimate costs, prepares justifications and completes expenditure requests as required.
Lead the activities of project proposals that include development of scope, functions, interrelationship, integration, physical solution definition.
Lead project execution for project proposal, initiatives, studies and continuous improvement of solutions and problem solvers.
Plan, schedules and provides work direction for preparation of designs, processes, reports, correspondence and related data, and assures the efficiency, adequacy and conformance to overall objectives of challenging engineering problems.
Train technicians and job assignment, supervision of Technician group.
Attend Emergency breakdown service calls and ensure to bring sampling system and analyzers back into service Prepare Monthly Quarterly Half year yearly Preventive maintenance Plan.
PM activities Completing Preventative Maintenance Calibration prepare historical logs calibration certificates Analyzer support services include configuration backup upgrades etc.
Handle all Communication with Original Equipment Manufacturers for successful repairs without additional support.
Supervise Maintaining Master Calibration equipment tools.
Familiar with all tools and consumables required to perform calibration and repair services Maintaining daily communications with customers in a professional manner to ensure smooth coronation at site Meeting highest norms related to Health Safety Environmental.
Ideally you will have Bachelors degree with Minimum 10+ years experience. Experience in Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Activities.
Gulf Experience is a Plus.
Experience in working with DCS/PLC system.
Experience in Primary and Secondary Sample handling and smart Valve Box technology.
Experience to identify and evaluate Schematic drawings, P&ID, Vendor O&M, Red Mark up, Hook up drawings.
Main Skills: Knowledge on different Analyzer used in Oil and Gas industry. Pre-Commissioning and commissioning experience of Analyzer , eg. GC, CH4, CO, O2, TOC, pH etc.
Analyzer Experience (Preferable): -
SWAS system ( PH,Conductivity,ORP) analyzer ABB, Emerson, Yokogawa make.
Water Analysis analyzer like Silica, Chlorine, Sodium, Turbidity - ABB, Thermo Fisher, E&H, ORION 2230 make.
Gas detectors - Combustible, Toxic, Oxygen and LEL detector - H2S, H2 ,NH3,O2,CO - General Monitor, Drager, MSA
Environmental Quality Analyzer - CEMS - ABB
IGCC Process Analyzer - GC -Maxum II and PGC 5000, Sulfur Air demand , Heat index, CH4-CO,Dust,CO, CH4 - Siemens , Ametek, SICK, Servomex
ASU Process Analyzer - THC, Oxygen, O2 and N2 PPM Analyzer, Moisture, Mass Spectrometer, GC for methane and non-methane measurement, CO - Ametek , Servomex, Delta-f Emerson
Powerblock Analyzer - H2, CO , GC, Heat Index, CEMS - ABB, WOBBE
