Job Title : Analytics Director - Energy, Resources & Industrials
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Director with Energy Resources and Industrials (ER&I) experience to lead our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting firms and a strong track record of delivering successful analytics projects within the utilities, oil & gas, and related industries.
The Analytics Director will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics strategies to drive business insights and support our ER&I clients. They will be a key member of the leadership team and will work closely with other departments to drive company-wide adoption of data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics strategies for ER&I clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Manage a team of data analysts and data scientists, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
- Collaborate with other departments to drive company-wide adoption of data-driven decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and make recommendations for process improvements
- Build a culture of continuous learning and development within the analytics team
Requirements :
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., data science, engineering, statistics)
- At least 8-10 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on ER&I industries
- Previous experience in consulting firms, with a track record of delivering successful analytics projects in ER&I industries
- Strong technical skills in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
- Experience managing teams of data analysts and data scientists in a consulting firm setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced consulting firm environment
