Senior Analyst / Analyst - Workforce Advisory

Role Purpose

This is a new role working with our clients to engage, advise and enable them to attract, retain and develop their future workforce in a world in which the pace of change is accelerating. Providing knowledge and advice on current and innovative workforce practices, how to structure, how to understand future skills required and how to embed cultures with effective leadership and change management. The successful candidate will support multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced dynamic business.

What this job involves

Support in advising clients on strategic people and organization design related matters and play a role in designing solutions that can help address complex people and organizational related issues, achieve sustainable results and demonstrate real impact

Assist in researching and writing winning proposals to support our clients in the UAE and the broader Middle East

Work as a strong team member, taking ownership of areas of the project with limited supervision from senior team members

Develop strengths across a range of HR consulting topics, including, but not limited to, talent analysis, organization design, workforce planning, employee performance management, diversity & inclusion including neurodiversity, employee health & wellbeing and change management to support

Develop research, thought leadership and data collection to understand client's current ways of working and operating

Keep up to date with current regional and global economic and business trends, particularly maintaining a keen interest in HR and future of work trends and the impact on our clients so you can help shape their thinking and our success in the market.

Desired skills and experience for this job

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Fluency in English is mandatory, and fluency in Arabic is preferred

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology

Years of Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in working on organization design, and HR transformation projects within a consulting environment, ideally with one of the Big4 firms, an HR consultancy or a global strategy house, or in a challenging in-house role. Experience in Change Management is a plus

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Exposure to data gathering techniques and analysis, and reporting insights in a clear and effective way is desirable

Proven digital literacy in the following programmes Microsoft Office, PowerBi, Alteryx

The ability and willingness to travel where the project requirement dictate.
