  • Support all transformation program, and responsible for follow up for all collaboration and innovation to support strategy and initiatives of business process, digital, technology and organizational transformation to support drive organizational value optimization, efficiency, effectiveness and cost reduction

Day to Day Operations
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics. Identify opportunities and risks and provide recommendations to senior management for strategic initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources, such as financial reports, market research, customer surveys, and internal databases. Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to derive meaningful insights and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Business Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the effectiveness of current business strategies. Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop action plans.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans, including defining goals, objectives, and tactics. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and facilitate strategic decision-making processes.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Track and analyze competitors\' activities, product offerings, and market positioning. Provide insights on emerging trends and competitor strategies to support the development of competitive advantage.
  • Scenario Modelling: Conduct scenario analysis and modelling to evaluate the potential impact of different strategic options and assess the feasibility and risks associated with each option. Present findings and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate strategic findings, recommendations, and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, operations, and sales, to gather input, validate assumptions, and ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
Program Management
  • Drive all initiatives from the CSTO Office, monitor initiatives of varied scope and complexity.
  • Track any current transformation initiatives in action and look out for more as a self-starter.
  • Assist Senior Leaders and guide them how to transform their ideas to effective implementable programs.
  • Constantly vet new program requests, man it with required cross-functional resources and define scope with KPIs for succinct implementation.
Transformative Programs
  • Assist in company transformation journey, work with leaders to map out an iterative journey and chart out all key initiatives and KPIs to achieve them.
  • Deploy and prioritize long term thinking over short term gains, ensure short term thinking/gains is phased out and communicated to all leaders.
  • Work closely with CSTO, CEO\xe2\x80\x99s EA to manage day to day strategic affairs and provide support as required.
  • Maintain Dashboard for all transformative programs and conduct huddle as required.
Continuous Improvement
  • Motivate one\xe2\x80\x99s own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.
Policies, Processes & Procedures
  • Recommend improvements to company policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
MIS & Reports
  • Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to departmental needs to meet companies and the departmental requirements, policies, and standards.
Related Assignments
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in computer science, Social Science or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Project Management professional.
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree preferred.
  • Continued Education is valued.
  • PMP - Project management professional qualification.
  • PMP - Program management professional qualification.
Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience from MNC or Big 4 firms or experience in manufacturing industry as a strategy analyst/associate- Mandatory
  • Ability to conduct and drive structured complex analyses, problem solving, stakeholder management tasks to operationalize strategic initiatives.
