Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)
Quality Management
Analyse, coordinate and assist in preparing recommendations on quality management issues to facilitate quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the Company.
Compile information and participate in the development of Quality Management Systems including related procedures, and follow up with all Divisions for its proper implementation.
Perform internal Quality audits to determine performance against required quality criteria.
Participate in the assessment of operational processes to determine potential for optimization and improvement of products, services and transactions.
Follow up performance of the quality management system and produce data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators.
Participate in identifying and recommending required changes and implementation, and assist in providing training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve improved quality.
Maintain a monitoring system for collection of quality management data and documentation and maintain Quality Management Manuals.
Carryout surveys related to quality management activities, analyse results and provide recommendations for improvements.
Coordinate and follow up the ISO certification process in the organization and other special projects related to Quality Management.
Coordinate the work of external consultants related to the Quality Management Systems to ensure timely completion.

Supervision
Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.
Budgets
Provide input for preparation of the Department/ Section budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.
Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Implement approved Department / Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Department / Section\'s work programs in line with Company and International standards.
Comply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations.
Performance Management
Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Department / Section in line with the Company Performance framework.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices
Reports
Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management
Generic Accountabilities (continue)
Internal Communications & Working Relationships
Regular work related contact with Quality Department Manager, Quality team and peers on matters related to Function Policies and Processes, People and domain specific issues.
External Communications & Working Relationships
Contact counterparts of the ADNOC Group Companies to obtain various related services.
Regular contact with local and international vendors, contractors, agents and third party service providers to establish relationships or to obtain supply of goods and services
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor Degree in relevant field with Professional certification in Quality Assurance
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
6 years of experience in analyzing service delivery, quality assurance & quality management within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas
Professional Certifications
Quality Management Systems training/courses and/or equivalent.
Professional training ISO 9001 (is preferred).
