Role Summary

Talabat U.A.E. has grown to become a very large business. Its main platform, the food platform, is growing at a very fast pace from an extremely large base.

As a Business Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of our performance across all our activities, and developing and implementing a repeatable process for monitoring and reporting it. You'll have the opportunity to work across teams, getting to know all that is going on in the organization and challenging teams on how they assess and improve their performance.

You will have a mentality of continuous improvement and strong analytical and interpersonal skills. You will enjoy working in a delivery-focused, agile startup environment.

You must have the maturity to work independently on a day-to-day basis and have the wisdom to know when to collaborate, delegate and/or escalate.

What's on Your Plate?

As a Business Performance Analyst, you will influence decision-making through quality and depth of analytical insights and recommendations for improvement. In particular, you will focus on the following:

Performance Reporting and Analysis . Responsible for optimizing our performance reporting structure and repeatable process . Optimise our KPI dashboard . Synthesise performance trends and business performance . Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement . Develop reporting material in a succinct, visual manner

Analytical support for various forums . Drive strategic analysis and provide recommendations for ad hoc requests, both from within the team and externally. . Inputting performance forecasts and targets for business cases through scenario modeling . Developing joint business plans to support the sales team . Deliver unbiased insights to improve customer service and logistics performance

Building a performance-focused culture . Work with delivery teams throughout the lifecycle of programs to ensure that the right KPIs and targets have been set. . Making sure that a focus on outcomes and performance are integrated into everything we do.

Propose product enhancements to improve experience . Uncover insights and opportunities and translate them into product enhancements to improve customer and partner experience
