This Analyst role supports end-to-end lease and contracts management across real estate and service station portfolios. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate lease contracts from negotiation through renewal, amendment, or termination
• Ensure lease agreements comply with organizational goals, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
• Track key lease milestones and ensure timely actions for renewals and renegotiations
• Maintain accurate and organized lease databases and associated documentation
• Support continuous improvement of lease contract management processes
• Conduct land rental market studies including rental trends, occupancy levels, and benchmarking
• Prepare rental budgets, forecasts, and financial scenario analyses for decision-making
• Develop financial models to evaluate new leases, renewals, and project feasibility aligned with ROI and IRR requirements
• Manage real estate and service station portfolio databases ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility
• Develop data management protocols and ensure consistent application across stakeholders
• Prepare financial reports, insights, and presentations for senior management
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data and integrate information into reports
• Support assessments of potential lease acquisitions and dispositions
• Conduct due diligence and financial analysis for lease-related transactions
• Coordinate with external advisors and stakeholders to ensure efficient transaction processes
• Monitor financial and operational performance of acquired or disposed lease assets

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment, Business Administration, or related field
• 6 years of experience in lease management, rental analysis, or financial modelling
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lease management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Ability to multitask and operate independently in fast-paced environments
• UAE driving license preferred
• CFA Level 1 or similar investment/valuation certifications are an advantage
