An excellent opportunity is available for an Analyst with a forward-thinking real estate development startup focused on commercial and industrial projects, aiming to establish a strong presence in the Dubai market.
The Analyst will play a key role in supporting development initiatives by conducting in-depth market research, financial modelling, and strategic planning. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to analyze development opportunities, assess project feasibility, and provide data-driven insights that guide investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Assessment and scenario planning, identify key risks associated with development projects, including market risks, financial risks, and regulatory constraints.
• Market research and industry analysis, conduct market research to assess supply and demand
• Project Feasibility and Financial Modelling
• Strategic planning and business case development
• Investment Analysis and reporting

The Analyst will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and 3-5 years' experience within a real estate development company or real estate consultancy. You will have a strong proficiency in financial modelling and Excel with the ability to create complex analyses. You will have experience in conducting market research and feasibility studies for real estate projects, a familiarity with Dubai's real estate market, including zoning regulations, development trends, and investment drivers and exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
