The Analyst, Business Intelligence team member will be driving data-driven decision-making and enabling strategic insights within the organization. This individual will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations that impact business performance and growth. Working with data structures and architecture for the contact center systems and databases, linking data sources across network HIS (Health Information System) systems and producing BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards. In addition to performing regular data hygiene and security check on all produced dashboards and contact center infrastructure. This position requires strong analytical abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Data Analysis and Reporting
By collecting, interpreting, and analyzing large volumes of data, patterns, trends, and correlations can be identified, leading to actionable insights. Advanced reporting and dashboards tracking KPIs, and metrics provide real-time visibility into business performance, enabling informed decision-making and proactive responses to business challenges.
Business Intelligence Development
Developing data models, cubes, and visualizations using BI tools empowers stakeholders to explore data and gain insights independently. Robust and scalable BI solutions ensure the availability of accurate and secure data for analysis, enabling the organization to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Data Visualization and Communication
Compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations facilitate the understanding of complex data findings by stakeholders at all levels. Qualifications
Education
Bachelors\' degree in data or IT fields (Essential).
Masters\' degree in data or IT field (Preferred).
Experience
Proven experience (2+ years) as an Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in healthcare industry.
Strong skills in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M language and the ability to manipulate data and perform calculations in Microsoft Power BI.
SQL and data querying languages, along with proficiency in working with relational databases and data warehouses.
Proficiency in utilizing BI tools and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms for data visualization and reporting.
Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
