Essential Qualifications
Technical Certificate or Vocational Diploma:
In a relevant field such as refrigeration or mechanical engineering.Minimum 5 Years of Relevant Experience:
Proven experience in handling ammonia refrigeration systems is highly desirable.Language Proficiency:
Fluent in both spoken and written English.Key Skills
Ammonia System Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of ammonia refrigeration operations, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.Technical Capability:
Proficient in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing ammonia refrigeration equipment and systems.Safety Compliance:
Strong understanding of and adherence to ammonia safety procedures.Problem-Solving:
Effective in identifying issues and implementing timely solutions.Certifications and Training
Ammonia Refrigeration Certification:
Recognized training or certification in ammonia system safety and operations is advantageous.OSHA Certification (if available):
Demonstrates adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines.Soft Skills
Leadership & Communication:
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to communicate clearly with technicians, contractors, and management.Team Collaboration:
Capable of working cooperatively with multi-disciplinary teams.Adaptability:
Able to operate effectively under pressure and adjust to shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.Physical Requirements
Physically Fit:
Capable of working in demanding environments, including high elevations, confined spaces, and extreme temperatures.PPE Compliance:
Must be willing and able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), such as respirators, gloves, and safety eyewear.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
