Job Title: AMC Sales Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in AMC Sales (Fire Protection Systems)

Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory

Salary: Up to AED 8,000/month (depending on experience - ideally 3-4 years)

Job Overview

We are hiring a proactive and result-driven AMC Sales Engineer with experience in Annual Maintenance Contracts for fire alarm, firefighting, and gas suppression systems. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting site surveys, preparing proposals, closing deals, and ensuring strong client retention and AMC renewals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new AMC business opportunities.

Conduct site visits to evaluate maintenance requirements and system conditions.

Prepare and present customized AMC proposals to prospective clients.

Lead negotiations and close AMC deals independently.

Maintain relationships with clients to drive renewals and upsell services.

Proactively generate leads via calls, emails, referrals, and field visits.

Stay informed about market trends, NFPA standards, and UAE Civil Defence guidelines.

Coordinate with service and technical teams for seamless execution post-contract.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools or company systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).

Minimum 2 years of relevant AMC sales experience in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and UAE Civil Defence regulations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Must possess a valid UAE driving license, Car will be provided

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
