Job Title: Project Sales Engineer - Fire Fighting

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Project Sales (Fire Detection & Protection Systems)

Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License required

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: AED 10,000 - 15,000/month (based on experience) + Sales Commission

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Project Sales Engineer - Fire Fighting to drive business development and manage project sales for fire detection and protection systems. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of UAE Civil Defence regulations, be well-versed in dealing with MEP contractors, consultants, and main contractors, and possess a strong network in the Dubai & Sharjah regions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage project sales of fire alarm and fire fighting systems in Dubai & Sharjah. Independently handle technical sales meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, and main contractors. Achieve assigned sales targets within given timelines in coordination with the sales and technical teams. Stay updated with UAE fire and safety codes, Civil Defence requirements, and market trends. Track and participate in market tenders and project leads. Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and support the sales pipeline. Maintain communication with decision-makers across all levels to strengthen market positioning. Coordinate with junior team members and support them in achieving overall team goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Project Sales for fire protection systems (mandatory). Proven track record in closing fire fighting system projects and achieving sales targets. Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Defence rules and safety codes. Must have an existing network with MEP contractors and consultants in the region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Immediate joiners preferred.
