About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated AMC Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and executing annual maintenance contracts for our glazing partition systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive maintenance inspections of installed glass partitions & systems

- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance following manufacturer specifications

- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues using technical expertise

- Document all maintenance activities in detail

- Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance visits

- Maintain and manage inventory of essential spare parts and maintenance supplies

Required Qualifications

- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites

- Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Skills

- Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance of glazing systems

- Strong technical knowledge of glass partitions and door systems

- Experience with CRM software and maintenance scheduling systems

- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements

- Background in construction or architectural installations

- Certification in relevant technical fields
