We're a Facilities & Property Management Company based in Abu Dhabi - Al Zahiyah, looking for a driven, smart, and ambitious female employee who shares our company's growth mindset.

This is not a routine job -- it's for someone who moves fast, adapts quickly, and wants to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

Respond to clients on WhatsApp Call customers, persuade and attract new ones Manage and follow up on emails Handle logistics for daily service delivery Follow up after service completion and collect feedback Build and maintain long-term client relationships Enter invoices, orders, and bookings into the system
Requirements

Full-time commitment Must be available to respond to clients remotely during evening hours (5 PM - 10 PM) Speed, flexibility, and proven experience in a similar field within the UAE Must be ambitious, loyal, proactive, and able to multi-task effectively Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Compensation & Benefits

Fixed salary: AED 3,500 Bonus for every evening order closed Monthly symbolic reward when the department meets its target Major bonus for maintaining high performance for 3 consecutive months Immediate promotion in title and salary after 6 consecutive months of hitting targets
Working Hours

Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Office - Al Zahiyah, Abu Dhabi)
