The Role
Position Title: Ambassador Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the areas of F&B, Retail and Entertainment providing fun and exciting quality experiences. : \xe2\x80\xa2 Answer telephone lines, clients telephone lines, providing state of the art services and supporting our clients\xe2\x80\x99 businesses in general administrative needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure everyone stepping out of the lift and passing reception is greeted with a smile \xe2\x80\x93 friendly and professional. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contact all new clients prior to their commencement date; introduce yourself as their new Receptionist. Go over their basic phone requirements and team names so all basic communication set ups are ready to go as soon as they arrive. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor all incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries. Date and time stamp. Notify clients immediately on arrival (via phone or email message). \xe2\x80\xa2 Direct all potential sales calls to the Manager, promptly and professionally. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure adequate stock of marketing material are always on hand

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Female, up to 35 y/o and below \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar role \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have experience in customer service \xe2\x80\x93 client facing role \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly presentable \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Immediate joiners will be prioritized
