About The Job
Perform
high-quality welding of aluminum
components and structures according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Utilize a variety of welding processes, primarilyTIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding
, with a strong focus on TIG for precision work. Inspectfinished welds for defects
such as porosity, cracks, and incomplete fusion. Use measuring tools like calipers, gauges, and tape measures toverify the accuracy of the work.
Perform post-welding processes such asgrinding, polishing, and finishing
to achieve the desired surface quality. Follow allsafety protocols
, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such aswelding masks, gloves, and safety glasses
. Maintain a clean and organized work area toprevent accidents and hazards
. Performroutine maintenance on welding equipment
to ensure it is in good working condition.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
