We are looking for a skilled

Aluminum Welder

with a strong understanding of technical drawings. The position requires expertise in welding and fabricating aluminum structures, as well as the ability to interpret and work from blueprints and technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

Perform aluminum welding, including TIG and MIG welding, to fabricate and repair aluminum structures, frames, and components based on project requirements and specifications. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine the appropriate welding processes, materials, and positioning. Cut, grind, and prepare aluminum components for welding, ensuring clean and properly prepared surfaces for effective welding. Ensure high-quality weld finishes, proper alignment, and compliance with internal quality standards. Operate and maintain welding equipment such as welding machines, grinders, and other hand tools. Troubleshoot equipment failures and ensure proper maintenance procedures are followed. Adhere to strict safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and following all site-specific safety procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years of aluminum welding experience in Qatar

, preferably in a fabrication, or manufacturing environment. Strong hands-on experience with TIG and MIG welding techniques specific to aluminum materials. Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent) is preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical and fabrication drawings with high accuracy. Familiarity with welding standards and inspection processes. Knowledge of metal preparation techniques: cutting, grinding, and fitting. Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to meet tight production deadlines. Strong welding and fabrication skills, particularly with aluminum. Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
