Job Description

Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), or stick welding on aluminum components. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment, using appropriate protective gear and equipment. Inspect and clean metal surfaces before welding, ensuring proper preparation. Weld and join aluminum parts, ensuring proper alignment and strength of joints. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to determine specifications for welding projects. Measure and mark metal parts according to required dimensions. Operate welding machines and tools, ensuring they are maintained and calibrated for optimal performance. Use a variety of welding tools such as torches, grinders, and other related equipment. Maintain and clean welding equipment to ensure longevity and safety. Inspect welds for strength, appearance, and precision. Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure the integrity of welds. Make adjustments or repairs to welding procedures as necessary to meet project specifications. Fabricate aluminum structures and components as per design requirements. Assemble welded components to complete the final product. Adhere to all safety regulations related to welding processes, including the proper handling of gases, chemicals, and other materials. Ensure the proper ventilation of the work area to prevent hazardous fumes. Work closely with other team members, such as fabricators, engineers, and designers, to ensure the success of the project. Provide input and suggestions for improving welding techniques or processes. Perform routine maintenance on welding machines and tools. Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
