Job Description

Job Role: Assist sales and operation teams to design, manufacture and fabricate aluminium products. - Supervise and/or carry out fabrication operations in the factory, workshop and site. - Research and development into new products - Provide Quality Control oversight for all products. - Organize training and orientation for new workers and team leaders. - Liaise with project manager and operations team with planning. - Provide progress updates on fabrication and equipment issues. - Ensuring work teams have the tools required for their daily work. - Able to take site measurements for glass doors, shopfronts, shower screens, balustrade glass, etc. - Attend site meetings - Supervise installation on site. (Residential and commercial) - Monitoring and reporting site progress to operations team - Ensuring QC for work completed by installers. - To assist in installation for aluminium and glass works. Requirements: - at least 5 years of experienced - willing to work in Al Ain, UAE - Positive attitude; willing to learn - Hands-on and on-the-ball - Dedicated, mature and a team player - Good organizational and communication skills - Open to picking up new software and technology Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
