Bachelor's or Master in Engineering fields
Project Engineer 2 years minimum (Preferred)
PMI certificate (Preferred)
Highly experienced in Alumjnum and Glass works Project Management
Manage projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of Quality
Seek written approval from Client before any additional / variation job commence on site and circulate the same to the team by email of duly signed Variation / Change Order Form or email confirmation of Client's verbal instruction
Ensure proper and complete project documentation from beginning to completion of project
Coordination between client, subcontractors, site and suppliers
Prepare program schedule
Closely monitor, update and improve the construction programs and make recommendations in areas of slippage
Plan and organize resources in advance by daily preparation of labor schedule
Monitor the assigned projects by taking complete ownership to ensure that the project is delivered within the agreed time, cost and specifications
Ensure timely award of subcontracts by issuing LPO request on time
Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors
Checking of invoices from subcontractors based on the works done on site
Ensure health and safety measures are followed on site
Participate in meetings at the executive, operational and project level as and when required
Preparation of project related material request
Quality control of work done on site
Monitor and control snagging list and advise acceptance/rejection to final completion
Ensure handing over of
Ensure hand over of completed projects in a timely manner
Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at site
Attends Inspection from local authorities/ building management as required
Prepare weekly progress report
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
