Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Aluminum Fitter
to join our facade installation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and finishing aluminum-based architectural systems, including curtain walls, windows, doors, cladding, louvers, and other aluminum components. The role requires precision, physical ability, and a strong understanding of technical drawings and installation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install aluminum frames, windows, doors, curtain walls, ACP cladding, louvers, and structural glazing systems on-site.
Read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication details, and installation instructions accurately.
Measure and mark cutting and bending lines on aluminum profiles.
Use hand and power tools to assemble and install aluminum components as per specifications.
Align and fit components using levels, measuring tapes, and plumb bobs to ensure proper fit and finish.
Seal joints, apply insulation, gaskets, and waterproofing materials to ensure system integrity.
Conduct minor adjustments and on-site modifications to ensure proper installation and functionality.
Work in coordination with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members to meet project deadlines.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, HSE regulations, and proper use of PPE.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in clean and serviceable condition.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in aluminum and facade installation works.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in handling curtain walls, glazing, doors/windows systems, cladding, and louvers.
Physical Fitness:
Must be able to lift, carry, climb, and work at heights or scaffolding safely.
Tools Knowledge:
Skilled in the use of cutting, drilling, and fastening tools (e.g., grinders, drills, rivet guns, silicone guns).

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
