Proven experience as an Aluminium Fitter or similar role in construction/metal fabrication.
Strong understanding of aluminium systems (doors, windows, curtain walls, structural glazing, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery.
Basic knowledge of glazing and sealant application.
Good physical strength and stamina.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
