Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and other tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.

Conduct material take-offs to determine the quantities of aluminum, glass, and other materials required.

Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for aluminum and glass systems.

Analyze and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes to secure competitive pricing.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to get up-to-date material and system pricing.

Maintain and update a database of standard rates, material costs, and pricing trends.

Collaborate with construction teams to ensure the cost-effectiveness and feasibility of projects.

Provide detailed reports and financial forecasts to management.

Minimum

2-3 years of UAE experience

in estimating for aluminum and glass works.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
