who can manage end-to-end project execution for residential and commercial facade works. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, site coordination skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage aluminium & glass projects from planning to handover.
Review drawings, specifications, and BOQ to ensure compliance.
Prepare project schedules, material requests, and installation plans.
Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and suppliers for approvals.
Monitor site progress, solve technical/site issues, and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings.
Ensure quality, safety, and cost-control measures throughout the project.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience in Aluminium & Glass projects.
Strong knowledge of facade systems, windows, doors, curtain wall, ACP.
Excellent site coordination & communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
