Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Cut, drill, and shape aluminium profiles using saws, routers, and hand tools.
Assemble aluminium frames for windows, doors, curtain walls, partitions, and shopfronts.
Fit glass panels into aluminium frames using rubber gaskets, silicone sealants, and fixing materials.
Perform TIG/MIG welding or mechanical fastening as required.
Identify and select appropriate glass types (clear, laminated, tempered, etc.) and Aluminium profiles.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Aluminium and Glass Fabricator or similar role.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication plans.
Skilled in using fabrication tools, machines, and hand tools.
Knowledge of different types of glass and aluminium profiles.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
