As a Design Manager , you will play a crucial role in leading our design team, overseeing the design process, and ensuring the successful execution of glass, glazing, and facade projects.
You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver innovative and visually stunning solutions that meet and exceed our clients\' expectations. Designing and Drafting Aluminium Profile, Sliding Windows and Doors, Curtain wall, Two way Structural Glazing, Four way Structural Glazing with Non Thermal and Thermal Break System. \xef\x82\xb7 Assessment of Sectional and Assembly Drawings (Shop Drawings). \xef\x82\xb7 Designing and Drafting of Sectional and Assembly Drawings for New Projects as per Customer requirements. \xef\x82\xb7 Material Take Off As Per Approved Shop Drawings. \xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of Production Drawing ( Cutting List ). Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance and mentorship to designers and drafters.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop design concepts that align with project requirements and client expectations.
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Ensure that designs are compliant with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve project quality.
- Oversee the selection of materials, systems, and technologies to achieve the desired aesthetic and performance goals.
- Manage project budgets and timelines related to the design phase.
- Foster innovation within the design team and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
- Participate in presentations and client meetings to communicate design concepts and progress.
